We all are having trouble with posing when taking whole body pictures. Some of us shows how shy we are and some of us gets conscious about their appearances. but have you ever wondered how a model should pose?

Modeling is not only for those who aspires to be a professional model, It is also for everyone who wants to gain their confidence and way of standing in front of several people. It may be for Work purposes, Students in accordance with their course, or even for regular people who likes taking pictures.

Let me introduce a professional Caster (model recruiter) Mr. Dennis Javier Arca to share the basics of modeling as what he taught us in just 5 sessions! Here is the First Activity.

#1 CONFIDENCE MODELLING

As a First step, Mr. Dennis let the Aspirants to walk confidently and introduce themselves in front of several audience without removing their smiles. The objective of this step is to control shyness in front of many people. Enjoy the way of talking to look relax. In case you still get conscious making mistakes, Mr. Arca said, "Criticisms are part of life, this is not to embarrass you but to make you a better person". Take your time to breathe then speak clearly and relax.

#2 YOU AND THE CAMERA

These exercises are useful to lead us in Commercial modeling or people who can model for television, commercials, websites, magazines, newspapers, billboards and any other type of advertisement.

In auditioning for commercial modelling, one must go through VTR or Video Tape Recording. This is the 1st step for many professional models to be recognized today. If you want to be one of them, you better try VTR First! The Caster, or model agent will be the one to choose his/her next model.
